This oracle deck has been ten years in the making. It began organically through my relationships with animal spirits during meditation and drumming practice. What started as separate artistic and spiritual territories gradually merged into integrated sacred work – a collection of channeled artworks that speak to the deep medicine animals carry for us.
About the Oracle:
73 animal archetypes of wisdom and empowerment, each card featuring original hand-painted artwork created through shamanic journeying and deep meditation. This isn’t a pretty animal card deck with generic meanings. These are transmissions – visual records of genuine relationships with animal spirits, painted in the depths of practice (sometimes literally in a caravan in the rain during the hardest times). The animals that emerged aren’t always the comfortable ones. They’re the ones that needed to speak – from the familiar (Wolf, Stag, Bear) to the overlooked (Rooster, Goat, Lobster and Limpet). Each carries medicine that’s specific, powerful, and sometimes challenging. The 100-page perfect bound companion guidebook provides context and interpretation, but the images speak for themselves if you know how to listen. This is artwork that came through, not artwork that was designed. Within the booklet there are instructions on how to use the cards as well as encouragement for you to use and tap into your own intuition. Each animal archetype card has key words, guidance for the meaning, soul medicine – a section which offers suggestions on how you can activate and integrate the medicine contained within the card – as well as a blessing to help tune in directly to the medicine and energies of the card.
