Response Times: I’m not permanently online. I check emails regularly but not constantly. If you’re writing about booking a reading, ordering the oracle deck, or asking genuine questions about the work, I’ll respond as soon as I can. If it’s urgent, please say so in the subject line.
Privacy: Any information you share in readings or communications is held in confidence. I don’t share client information, testimonials without permission, or use people’s stories, names or imagery for any purpose without clear permission. This is sacred work. Privacy and trust matter.
Crisis Support: If you’re in immediate crisis or experiencing mental health emergency, please contact your GP, call 999, or reach Samaritans on 116 123. I offer spiritual guidance and readings, but I’m not a mental health professional or crisis counselor.
Working With Me: If you’re considering a reading, buying the oracle deck, or attending a workshop, here’s what to expect:
I’m direct and honest in my work. I share what I’m seeing and hearing from the spirits, and trust you to work with that in your own way. I don’t use a lot of New Age language or frame everything in ‘love and light’ – real transformation often happens in the darker, more challenging places. That’s territory I’m comfortable with.
I respect people’s intelligence and autonomy.
I’m not here to create dependency, but to share what comes through and trust you to do your own work with it.
